K-LOVE Places 'House of God' On Two Playlists

Updated: Jul 25

At the onset of the release of "House of God" today—the new single from Sean Rodriguez—the nation's largest Christian radio network, K-LOVE, features the song on two of its streaming playlists: K-LOVE New Music First (Apple Music | Spotify), and K-LOVE Fresh Sounds (Apple Music | Spotify).

Last month, previous single "Honey" was featured as the #2 placed song on the Fresh Sounds playlist. Today, "House of God" was placed in Top 10 positions on both playlists.

K-LOVE streaming playlists can be found on Apple Music and Spotify

K-LOVE is part of the Educational Media Foundation (EMF), and was founded in 1982 in Santa Rosa, CA, with a singular radio station. Today, EMF owns and operates the nation's two largest Christian music radio networks (K-LOVE and Air1) with over 1,000 broadcast signals across all 50 states, streaming audio reaching around the world, and a growing family of media ministries including podcasts, books, films, concerts, and events (source: EMFmedia.com).

Of "House of God," WieRok Entertainment—artist management for Sean Rodriguez—states, "The new single is a sure-fire summer hit, guaranteed to have the entire car, party, house, and even church singing along! It’s true: 'Life gets real / Hearts get filled / Homes get healed in the House of God!'”

Sean adds, "Imagine a PLACE where people of all backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences gather in UNITY for one purpose: Praising God. I believe God has called us to do life together.” Emphasizing a place of unity and purpose, Sean concludes, “When we're together and present with Him—even when ‘life gets real’—miracles still happen here and today in His house. The house of God is for everyone!”

An official music video accompanies the release of "House of God" today, which was exclusively premiered by leading Christian media outlet, New Release Today (NRT), on Wednesday, June 12. The video, recorded in Sean's hometown Denver, CO, also features a cameo appearance by his grandfather for whom the song was initially inspired.

“This song celebrates my experience being raised in my grandpa’s church,” Rodriguez shares. “I saw former gang members, drug dealers, cons and the like, all worshiping alongside families and young adults from all walks of life—all praising God together. Growing up, this was church, and it helped shape who I am today,” says Sean.

"House of God" is the second release to be featured on the forthcoming Jesus Will EP (set to culminate this fall). Following, "Honey" (Apr. 23), "House of God" will precede at least three more new singles, including a feature with enduring rock band Disciple.

Fans can enjoy Sean performing these new songs, including "House of God," on his Jesus Will Summer Tour, scheduled to hit 30+ dates across the country from May-September 2024.
